Cognition partnered with Netflix Marketing Partnerships to build a series of interactive kiosks for over 300 Verizon stores to promote the premiere of Bridgerton Season 3 and encourage customers to sign up for Netflix through Verizon. Working with the Netflix team, we extended the Bridgerton campaign’s TikTok filter to Verizon’s retail stores by designing a physical experience that led to a mobile-first portrait generator microsite. Our experience launched at Netflix Upfront 2024 before rolling out to Verizon stores across the US. In the first 3 weeks, over 1 million portraits were generated.
