Microsoft engaged Cognition to design a series of demos to showcase new Artificial Intelligence offerings at Experience Centers in New York, London, and Sydney.
The three Microsoft Experience Centers would have 2 product spaces, each highlighting the company’s newest AI capabilities, all under the Copilot product group. Within the store, a series of physical vignettes represented core archetypes – the office worker, the remote worker, the creative worker – and walked users through a set of features geared towards each user group.
Facing the street, a larger display tasked users with learning a new AI skill in 3 minutes or less. Working with a Microsoft Customer Advisor, users would “spin” a digital wheel of AI prompts and would be challenged to complete the chosen prompt on an adjacent Microsoft Surface device. After learning a new AI-powered skill, users could spin again or walk away with a branded giveaway.
